Made in Loake's Kettering factory in England, and crafted using traditional Goodyear welted construction, the Sovereign is built for long-term wear, offering comfort and durability. The soft suede upper is known for its ease of maintenance and is paired with a full leather lining. Built on Loake's iconic 1639 last, it delivers a balanced, elegant silhouette, finished with a durable studded rubber sole for lasting performance.

In addition to organic, veg-tanned linings which produce less harmful chemicals and poses a lower impact on the environment, the suede used to make the upper is also tanned with a natural extract that gives a new (cleaner) life to what was once a wasteful bi-product of the olive oil industry, offering an even greater benefit to the world around us.
Even more, its threads are made from recycled bottles, its laces are made from a 100% recycled material, and its Goodyear welted soles are made from a natural Crepe – meaning that when the sole has had their day, they can simply return to the earth!
Chichester is made in England at Loake's Northamptonshire factory. 1880 series.
