Madison is the signature tassel loafer of The Sportsmen. Drawing from multiple sources, it is a puristic representation of this elegant footwear classic. One that is an appropriate choice for both the boardroom and the country club.

Constructed from D’Annonay calf in superb cigar tone. Adding the moderately sized tassels on a well balanced, almond shaped Union last, the composition of the Madison is presenting an enduring body for this style.

The positioning of the leather strings, punchings and tassels are all carefully reasoned yet naturally defined. On top to make it more engaging, they've added a nicely curved, raised stitching on either side of the heel cup - it is called foxing. As in the front, these raised stitches will pick up intriguing patina over the years of use.

A black penny loafer, IVY classic that really does not need too much boasting for its relevance.

Well, everyman might as well just have them with no regrets.

This one from Carlos Santos has great feel to it, for plenty of reasons. Not too fancy, perfect in shape and a good fit from heel. Also, their upper calf and lining leather feels great when broken in.

Just get some good pair of socks to go with it.

In life, there's a point when you want something else than the everlasting black cap toe oxfords - the ones you're so used to wear at the office.

Luckily, there's a solution to this vacuity, an elegant split-toe derby, well-know for its function in Germanic regions as well as in France. One of the best-looking styles when you are after something more unique, yet an understating style that still keeps everyones focus at work.

Superb with a suit or cords, great with finer cotton trousers. With jeans, be careful as they might be a step too fancy.

Caring for your shoes begins with a use of shoe trees. They straighten the uppers and the sole while your shoes dry slowly. Also, using shoe trees helps to clean and care uppers well and evenly.

A well formed pair of shoe trees will also back give shape and support for the heel and the whole shoe. Whereas using shoe trees will not quicken up the drying, they ensure your pair is getting back to orderly shape after they have taken a good rest of a day or two.

This TLB's pair is lasted, meaning it is shaped based on the original shoe last mentioned.  Well priced and finished to the highest degree with waxing.  It will look handsome, fit perfectly and moreover, keep its surface tidy during use.
