Loake's 'Hornbeam' is a premium calf leather loafer, featuring Goodyear welted leather soles for superior comfort, shape retention and added durability. Hornbeam uses the 'College' last shape, and is available in an 'F' fitting. These men's shoes are designed and engineered in Kettering, Northamptonshire and handmade in their high-grade factory in England. Crafted with sustainability in mind, the Hornbeam uses threads made from recycled bottles, premium leatherboard stiffeners from veg-tanned recycled leathers, veg-tanned soles with natural chrome-free tannins, and tanned linings that retain the soft, supple qualities of premium leather — while being kinder to the environment.
